Concession Card Owner Use

Due to misunderstanding and communication in the use of the cards, we would like to remind all concession card customers and Ferry users of the terms of use.

Concessions cards are for individual adult crossings only. They cannot be used by multiple adults for group/joint crossings from one card. Each adult member of a group is required to present their own card or pay a standard fare for the crossing.

We can only keep the concession card system and the Ferry running if you work with us on this scheme, aimed at rewarding the customers who use it as designed.

The concession cards are strictly One card, One adult use per crossing only.
