Old Concession Tickets

Due to the number of copied/forgery tear out paper tickets in circulation we have no option but cease the validity and use of paper tickets.

ALL PAPER TEAR OUT TICKETS WILL NO LONGER BE VALID FROM 1ST AUGUST 2026.

Tickets like these are up to 10 years old.

What if I still have some of these old paper concession tickets?
Full books of 20 can be redeemed for £20 off a new concession card (20).
Single tickets can be used toward a single crossing along with a £2 payment.

We will no longer accept paper tickets from the first crossing on the 1st August 2026.

Exchange or Use your existing tickets before the end of day crossing on 31st July 2026. After this time they will no longer be valid and will not be exchanged or accepted toward payment for any crossing.
